This data is publicly available and we do not collect personal data about property owners or agents beyond what is publicly displayed.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide the service: Display property listings, save favorites, plan tours
• Improve the app: Analyze usage patterns, fix bugs
• Display ads: Show relevant advertisements via Google AdMob

4. Data Storage

4.1 iCloud (Apple CloudKit)

Your favorites and preferences are stored in Apple's iCloud using CloudKit. This data is:

• Encrypted in transit and at rest
• Synced across your Apple devices
• Subject to Apple's privacy policy

4.2 On-Device Storage

Some data is stored locally on your device:

• Viewing tour (UserDefaults)
• Filter preferences
• Cached property data

• Favorites: Kept until you delete them
• Viewing tour: Kept until you clear it
• Analytics: Aggregated data retained for 26 months
• Property cache: Refreshed regularly, old data deleted

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in:

• European Union (primary)
• United States (Apple iCloud, Google services)

Transfers outside the EU are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.

We implement appropriate security measures including:
